We came after our son’s fifth grade graduation and left with some caramel apples (have them cut them before you leave, it was so much easier to eat) and they were divine! I don’t know how we have lived nearby for years and never been, but we will be back!

I had the pleasure of enjoying an assortment from the Brier Creek location, at an event, over the weekend. I can’t stop thinking about how delicious they were. It occurred to me, that fine chocolates are a perfect drop-in gift. Yum.

I visited Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory back in November, it is located in Brier Creek, not too far from the movie theater. There was enough parking the day of my visit that I easily snagged a spot out front. The store is on the smaller side, but has two cases of chocolates and a large variety of apples near the front of the store. I was greeted when I arrived and given time to look at the goodies around the store. I left with a variety in my box, from a butterfinger caramel apple to a caramel truffle and other items from the case. It was all packaged nicely. The prices were on the higher side for what you get. I found the caramel apple too sweet with the white substance used on it. I would have liked the Butterfinger pieces directly on the caramel. I'd stick to a caramel apple without the extra toppings. Some of the chocolates had a bad aftertaste. The products made in the store are better than those shipped in. I was told that the store offers shipping if I wanted to ship any gifts. So it is nice to have another option for holiday gifts.

I was obsessed the caramel apples until I tried the new Dubai cups! They are amazing and Ms Evelyn makes you feel like family! My favorite place to go when I’m in the area!

I enjoy Rocky Mountain chocolate factory. The candy apples are to die for. I get the Apple pie apple faithfully! They also have chocolates. Even Ice Cream!!! Boxed chocolates to take as gifts and they will cut your apples for you if you plan on eating it soon. But don't have it cut if your saving it for l8r. I haven't had too many of the truffles and treats but it's def. Worth stopping by.
